1. Probably just the cable, but you never know. Some clutches go at 70K, some 140K. Depends on driving style. The cables are only good for abotu 50K, so do it first and see how it goes.
3. The good news is that the sport exh eliminates the first muffler and it's stainless so you will be all set for a long time.
4. The noise is not uncommon. Reported her by more than one person. Seems tranny related. I don't know that anyone has pinned it down yet but these cars do tend to wear T/O bearings. Could be that.
The oil on the turbo is probably a seal leak. Not the best thing to have. Does it come back if you clean it off ?
The camshaft end seal can often be sealed from the outside. clean it with a solvent and then some alcohol. Use some hi-temp silicone type sealant all around the outer edge of the gasket. Let it harden as long as you can. The only other solution is to pull the valve cover and do both gaskets.
