First, don't believe everything you read in Wiki. It's a publicly edited source that is only as good as the knowledge of those editing it. It's also subject to dictatorial editors who vary greatly in editing skills.
That said, note that I posted "issues like unequal length half shafts". There are other issues, some noted in Wiki, that might result in a specific vehicle applying torque unequally to the drive wheels. But, TORQUE steer is the result of uneven application of TORQUE.
TRAMLINING, otoh, is what happens in a Saab. The torque is sent to the wheels evenly, but due to things like rack/wheel movement (corrected somewhat with a brace), road surface issues allowing a tire to slip, and/or suspension loading issues that unbalance left-right wheels whilst the load is being often unfortunately displaced to the rear of the car due to acceleration, a wheel gets loose and the car follows a non linear track.
To the average driver, it all feels the same. The differnce is important when you are trying to cure it permanently, but not to the typical driver.
