"at 150k miles it is time to move on"
May I ask if there is any particular reason behind your decision to move on? Did the car become unreliable?, rotting out, interior falling apart? costing too much to repair and upkeep? Or was just your judgement that now is the time to get something new?
Not that I am questioning your decision, it is your car and you can do what you wish with it. I am just curious. A couple coworkers with Saabs convinced me to buy my first 9-3 a few years back, and part of the reason was that their early '90s Saabs ran over 315k and 250k miles respectively before a deer crash totaled one and the other was rusting out. They told me saabs were well built and lasted a long time and many miles.
