Idle Air Control valve (IAC) flow arrow .... The flow arrow on the body of the Idle Air Control valve (IAC) should point from the top of the throttle body to the bottom of the throttle body.
That is how it is on my 1998 900SET. My vehicle idles at 850 RPM when compelety warmed up, although the dash tachometer reads closer to 1000 RPM.
