So I have pried off the control arm so that only the bolt head and rubber control arm boot are attached. There are cuplinks in the control arm and I think that they rusted to the bolt, that is why I can't slide the bolt out. I am going to cut that, but the nub of the bolt that broke off is still in the other side. I will try the easy out, hopefully the name does the job. Thanks for the help.
