Carefully remove the plastic cover that surrounds the oil dipstick tube - don't break the clips on the underside, if they're still intact. The PCV valve is located underneath, with the hoses running parallel to the engine.
If your car has not had the PCV #6 update installed, it wouldn't be a bad idea. If it does have the update, this PCV valve will be wrapped in a piece of insulation and probably harder to find.
The blue valves you see are also check valves that serve a similar function. I've been wanting to replace the front-most hard plastic pipe and unfortunately have not found it for sale anywhere, it seems to be discontinued.
I only know that you can buy similar plastic PCV tubing at most auto parts stores, and presumably use heat to shape it and attach it to replacement valves. I haven't felt like going to that extent, so I might try to get one off someone's parts car.
