Put the car on a jack stand and take off the wheel. Loosen the bolt/clamp holding the tie rod end in place on the giant screw that connects to the inner tie rod. Then twist the outer tie rod end back into position with a pair of channellocks (don't hit the boot!). Resecure the clamp bolt.
If you can't line it up that way, or it's off in some other direction, then something is bent...either the strut or the inner tie rod. You'll need to compare to the other side to figure out what is off.
