Yes the T5 can set that code. Fuel/air mixture lean max. value. At least with T5 you know it's not a bad MAF sensor because it doesn't have one. The best way to test a fuel pump is with a pressure guage that has a hose long enough to be able to put the guage on the windshield and drive while watching the pressure. I don't think you could see a weak pump with a multimeter. The problem with the T5 fuel system is that there is no tap built into the fuel system for a guage and a special in line adapter is needed to hook up a guage.
