rear brakes questions

I am thinking of replacing the rear brakes on my 1999 9-3, as they are starting to squeal. I looked them over this past weekend when rotating my tires and saw that the caliper pins were very rusty. Also, I had to use a sledge hammer and a long 2x4 as well as pry bar to get the alloy wheels off. (Rust belt car) I want to order what I need in advance so that I don't have to stop the job midway while waiting for more parts to arrive. Is it safe to assume that I will need to replace calipers, rotors and pads? I am assuming I can get this done in 4 hours. Thoughts? Advice?
