first off, running way rich will kill your catalytic converter(s) real quick.
leaking injectors:
usually if injectors are leaking, they bleed off residual fuel pressure in the fuel rail. what usually happens, is the car will need to be cranked over for a much longer period of time before starting. a failed or failing check valve on your fuel pump would have the same effect. the way to check for leaking injectors or check valve is to test fuel line pressure at the fitting on the fuel rail. the car should hold fuel pressure when off, until it is started again. this is a general test, and will not determine if a specific injector is leaking, or if the check valve is leaking. to help determine which injector is leaking, remove spark plugs after car is started for ten seconds or so after sitting overnight, then shut off. hopefully, one of the plugs will be wet, or darker than the rest. injectors, though are usually replaced in complete sets.
o2 sensors: go to your local auto parts store which has a code-scanner. the type you are looking for is scanner which collects real time data. o2 sensor bank one (closest to motor)should be varying fuel constantly. voltage readings will oscillate from low to high and high to low. o2 sensor bank 2 is the (further down stream) should be holding steady voltage, if this sensor is oscillating voltage, similar to the first, most likely it is bad.
hope this helps.
