given here is a list of info based on my '01 93 2.0 H code motor. yours may or may not be the same. my battle with saabs has just begun.
this lists what type of system (i believe there are 3 differing ones):
modules present
id protocol
$11 iso*
$18 iso*
this is a list of real time data collected at idle on about a 40' day. data collection

mil status (off)
abslt tps % (18.8)
eng speed rpm (940)
calc load % (20.4)

O2s12 v (0.615)

this is an O2 test during the run cycle:
O2 bank 1 sensor 1 rich-ln threshhold

meas (0.600v)
max v for cycle
mod $11
meas (0.870v)
O2 bank 1 sensor 2 rich-ln threshhold
mod $11
meas (0.815v)
my scanner collected and recorded realtime data for a few just over 90 seconds.
during that time 25 frames of data were collected.
the results above are from a single frame. many sensors could be reviewed in graph form.
seeing just one frame does not show much unless....the scan tool also has a feature to store a 'freeze' frame at the moment a code is thrown. scanners also show 'temp' codes which may be thrown on the dash if they happen during subsequent starts or required on-off cycles.
my car is NOT running rich.
to see all the $ module troubleshooting, you will need a service manual. i have not seen a saab manual, (yet), but hopefully it is much like chevy service manuals which give much much more detailed information than a haynes manual. maybe your local library has 'mitchell' manuals.
the last time my buddy updated his mitchell pc in his indy shop it cost him 7 grand.
not sure how else i can help. thought it was running rich. by cleaning meant throttle plate. idle control. believed it was running rich.
info at bobs for sure. hard to decipher who the paid bloggers working for the companies are at times. since ethanol was put into the pumps here for the last 3 years or so, much of the need for the cleaners is gone. alcohol did a very good job of cleaning out the motor and plugging up the converter on a dodge grand caravan handicapped conversion van (with 25000 miles), of mine after the first few tanks. liked the techron because of the only ingredient that actually did something. will look into the redline msds. if it has alcohol in it i will stay away though.
best of luck
