If it is a US spec car it must have a rear O2 sensor as well but it might be hard to spot unless you have the car up in the air. It sits on top at the end of the catalytic converter.
The code indicates that something is going on with the heating element in the front O2 sensor and that is usually the sensor itself unless the fuse is burned so that the sensor doesn't even get the voltage it should have.
15733 is not the right sensor for your car. As universal goes, 15738 is used in the front and rear position of a 97 900 T. Bosch 13662 is also the right one complete with wire harness.
