The IDM (cassette) is not a part you want to get as cheapest as possible. A quick search online found them under $180 shipped. These are however aftermarket Chinese units that have a proven track record to be very poor quality and short lifespan. Be sure to replace it with a Genuine Saab part. I see you found the correct board (OG9-3) for your '00 9-3 so you need to purchase a replacement black T-7 IDM Saab part number 55559955.
Im a bit confused with the two postings, you have the camshaft code but also now your vehicle has no fuel from the new pump? If they replaced just the pump insert not the whole assembly, did they remove the red plactic cap on the pump bottom/inlet?
