Ouch.
How did you figure out they were bent? Disassemble everything?
Realistically, I'd replace the whole engine if I were you. You could probably find a used engine with half your miles for ~$500-700. This has the added benefit of probably fixing the root cause of your bent rods, which seems unclear as well. You could even put in a 2.3L engine.
Plus your earlier post indicated that your compression was 125 psi on the "good" cylinders. This is not very good anyway. This engine does not seem like a good candidate to receive any effort that does not lead to a complete rebuild.
Trying to do anything besides a swap or a full engine rebuild is rife with risks. Especially with a Stage 2 tune, you will want things balanced really well, which means replacing all 4 con-rods with a known balanced set (preferably re-balanced and re-sized by a machine shop equipped to do that.)
Is the engine out of the car? If not, I guess you could replace the conrods with the engine in the car...push the rods and pistons out from below. If that's the case I'd still measure the cylinder bores and the piston skirts and if they are in spec then maybe just replace the rods, rod bearings, and rings, maybe re-honing the cylinder bores if you figure out how to do it without getting slurry or burrs in the engine cavity.
But that's a lot of effort and the outcome does not give me warm fuzzy feelings.
I'd say this engine's done.
