Ron's advice is good, except maybe the very last bit. I'd never want someone to fix something knowing that they're selling it. How good a repair could that be? Instead, I would get the cost to have the repair done and subtract that from the price. Then you can decide to DIY or have it done whenever you're ready.
I'd add to the list that it the car should have the latest PCV update #6.
One thing I noticed with Viggens is that resetting the ECU can result in a very different car. Not sure if the ECU gets 'cloudy' or very slowly dumbs down during the learning process? Either way, if the car doesn't perform as you remember yours to have, try resetting the ECU.
I'm also very keen on how owners treat their cars. If they use cheap aftermarket parts, cheap tires, etc., I'd probably bow out unless the price is VERY good. I don't want to own a car where the previous owner wasn't committed to it and was just trying to keep it running.
