I ran Dex VI in my 02 9-3 SE for about 20k mi and recently changed to MTF0063. I changed the MTF to Dex VI at ~80k mi because I was having trouble shifting in and out of 4th gear. I got Dex VI because my local dealer told me the same thing. Changing to Dex VI eliminated that but once in a while I'd have trouble shifting into 1st gear. So I had another MTF change to MTF0063, and so far I think there's a slight improvement over when I had Dex VI.
