The exaust system is very easy for the home mechanic. Also figure in a new set of mounting hardware and clamps. Cut the old clamps and the peices should come right apart. Starla was the OEM supplier I believe. I put in a Starla center pipe 4 years back and it is holding up very nicely, although the PPS brand clamps sold by Eeuro don't seem to hold up as well as the OEM clamps, I had one rust to bits this winter that was new with the center pipe job.
I plan to replace my mufflers later this year. I am going to look to get OEM Saab clamps. After my experience with the center pipe, I am thinking I would plan for 3 hours start to finish to replace the 2 mufflers on my car. Half of that time is getting the tools out, lifting the car, and the cleaning up.
