The pressure line consists of two peices beween the pump and the rack. There is a threaded connection bewteen them just under the battery tray. It sounds like your leak is in the upper hose that goes from the midpoint threaded connection to the rack. You will not need to remove the radiator to get this hose out, but the battery and battery tray will need to come out, as well as the splash sheild under the engine compartment. Removing the front bumper may give you more room to manuever.
In July I replaced my Lower hose, which runs from the PS pump down under the radiator to the threaded mid point connection. While I was in there I considered replacing the upper hose as preventative maintainace, even though it looked pretty good. But I could not figure out how to get the hose out. It is intermingled with the AC lines and runs under the welded in place battery support. Looked like you might need to disconect the AC lines to get the room to snake the PS tube out. So I gave up and left it in there. (I have read it is a quite a feat to get his hose out).
You may want to take a good look at the lower hose while you are in there, mine was rusted through and leaking, while the upper hose had zero rust on it. The lower hose job will not require radiator or cooling hose removal. You will need to remove the grill, turn lights, headlights, front bumper, intercooler and air hoses. Search this board and you will find tips on removing all those items. Replacing this lower hose was not too difficult, only time consuming.
