I am finishing a reassembly after completing a cylinder head replacement, replacing the balancer chain & timing chain, new fuel injectors, etc. on the original B235R in my 2001 Viggen. I am using a brand new & tested Genuine Saab DIC with a date code 03/2023 and I've separately tested with two other known good DICs, also FWIW. I got the car started but it won't idle and is throwing codes P0340 & P1300. After only 20 minutes of run time, the brand new NGK PFR6H-10 plugs in cylinders 1 & 3 are already fat/black while the plugs in cylinders 2 & 4 are absolutely clean.

My universal code reader suggests this is a fault with the "Camshaft Position Sensor in Bank 1".

Does this car have a camshaft position sensor?
What can I try other than a new Direct Ignition Cassette?
Do the connectors on the fuel injectors have anything to do with establishing the cam position signal?

I'm at my wit's end chasing this issue and would entertain any spitballing you good folks might suggest.

Thanks in advance!
