Yes, but the down pipe can be safely wrapped with the fiberglass wrap. The turbine housing is so small, I don't know if it is practical to wrap it. I am also concerned that wrapping it would cause heat soak problems when shut down.
I still want a manifold shield for my 95SET.
There is also a heating jacket in the throttle body housing. I would like to figure out how it works. If it heats all of the time, that is something that I would want to defeat for the summer months.
