Yup, as Trevor said, the 185/65's will fit "perfectly" on the rims that you have with the 195/60's. Just a comment, though, you might want to hunt around (tirerack, junkyards, hubcap shops) for a set of steel wheels to mount your snows on. You should be able to pick the wheels up for around $25 each, perhaps even cheaper, and you'll save some percentage of that in mount/dismount costs each winter and spring.
I believe the machine was by "Hunter". There was a website that pmr found that would locate the nearest shop with one. I don't recall the URL, but you might try searching on "Hunter" and "alignment".
Here in central PA, I put the snows on as late as possible, unless I have a road trip to make. If I'm just around town, I wait until during/just after the first snow. If I'm going to be on the road and there's a chance of snow, I'll put 'wm on before heading out. It takes about 30 minutes to swap wheels, no big deal.
