At those speeds, air pressure builds up under the rubber strip that laps over the paint on the roof. When the pressure causes it to float, it will sing like a reed. If you get a few hollow plastic straws or stir sticks, and cut 3/4" lengths. You can stick a few of them in a group with 1/2" gaps between, under the rubber strip to vent off the pressure. I had put mine over the steering wheel, becuase that was easy to reach. With this to vent the pressure the problem can be solved until you can get the rubber strip bonded to the paint. Thin strips of double sided tape will work. My dealer removed the top assembly tp clean and apply.
Yes it is amazing that Saab goes into denial on dumb things like this and keep these features in production year after year.
