I had a seal leak early on in my 95SET, but figured a small seepage was not problem.
Last winter it got bad, and in the spring I used some stuff to soften the seals which dried up the leak completely. This fall, with the cold weather it started to leak again, so I tried another bottle and it did not work this time.
My 95SET is in the shop now, getting new seals, clutch etc. No complaints with the existing clutch at all.
I just swithed to Mobil One from Castrol systhetic, and the leakage problem improved a lot.
What oil are you using? Do you know the oil type history for the vehicle?
Clutch life is mostly determined by clutch habits and skills. Clutch cables sometimes fail early on. I suspect the the shift cycles imposed by city driving could be the primary issue.
95SET 115000 miles, mostly highway.
