That is interesting. How big of a pipe can you get into that thing? OK, I get it. The 25mm tee off of the 50mm hard pipe at the BPV. You will want to drill a hole and get that needle valve out the picture. Great idea! This should eliminate some boost taper. Run a hose a directy as possible to the MBC. You will need to watch out for the turbo heat. Run along the top of the BPC 25mm rubber return hose? Open uo the valve body as well to increase flow capacity.
I will not be bleeding the overshoot pressure off so that the MAP sensor does not see it. I will be dumping a gush of air to discharge the pressure overshoot. A dawes if stuck open would not have enough capacity do the job. The dawes would simply be to resistive. So as you anticipated, the dawes would be too small.
