A long story. I ordered front and rear rotors, rear pads, rear calipers in early September. I intalled this stuff that you can find searching with drs_install.

The left rear caliper from UDB, the gold epoxy coated ones, had its two outer dust boots mis applied. The boot was pulled down a long way. I was able to repostion on, the lage burrs on the mal formed spring clips had cut the other boot. So Cybertroll sent another LH caliper. It was a RH unit in HL labled poly bag in a LH numbered box. So then send another one. It was from Crown, not painted. I installed it and the RH caliper. Do the 4 point bleed etc. Can't get the lower pin in on the LH caliper. The outer pin hole is mislocated down by 3mm! This is a defect from ATE's factory. I wonder how may time this thing has been rebuilt! So I file the pad slot for ever and get it together. Then phone Cybertroll to send me another HL caliper. I beg then to get a UDB caliper to get the same color and PLEASE inspect it before they send it. So sure enough, I get the fourth LH caliper. Yep, its another RH unit packaged as a RH unit. They did not inspect it.

So in the end, I pulled seals off of on of the RH unit to get the original LH unit properly sealed and now I will be shipping back my two Saab calipers for core credit and three other LH calipers. It is a sorry state when you get 4 after market parts and you have to canabilize them to get one good one. So after 3 months and one week my brake work is complete.

I have attemped to deal with UDB in europe. After the first emails were ignored, I wrote again and copied in their sales reps in Europe. The langage barrier is an issue, but I give these guys a zero for taking responsibilty for their product. I will spare you the details. They go on about their quality standards on their packaging... Something is wrong!
