Should be pretty straight forward on the install side. Let me know if you need any help.
If you're worried about warranty, go ahead and do the 60k check up. Keep in mind that a CAI is easily reversable, so if you do the upgrade before the 60k checkup, you can always put it back to stock before taking it in for a checkup. I would doubt very much that warranty would be affected at all, but having the air box put back in is an easy thing to do.
