Yep, I have Zaino Z12, along with several other glass polishes.
Nope, none of them are made to remove scratches. They're formulated to remove embedded grime and crud from glass. There is not enough abrasive in them to make a dent in scratched glass.
Maybe a local glass shop offers scratch removal via polishing. There are glass polishing kits available (search the web to find them) but most good ones require a machine and some skill. Look for polishes with cerium oxide in them. That's one of the popular abrasives in professional glass polishes.
Hope this helps!
