Congrats on the new car!!

The only way to keep that stuff off your car is to protect it. In your situation a car cover is about the only solution, short of some kind of carport or canopy like Nuys suggested.

There have been several improvements with car covers the past few years so a little web research should answer all your questions.

The biggest thing with maintaing black is to use best practices when washing, waxing and detailing. That means only the softest wash mitts, a high quality shampoo, soft towels (no chamois!) to dry and wax and non-abrasive waxes or sealants. Most of the swirls and paint flaws you see on black come from poor washing techniques and old tools, like using a cruddy ol' wash mitt or drying with a grimey chamois or old towels.

I prefer 100% cotton chenille wash mitts but a lot of folks like lambswool mitts so you might want to check both out. I don't use a boar's hair wash brush but some do so that's another consideration. Whichever you choose, plan on replacing the wash tools every few months, before they start getting stiff and scummed out. I buy a case of chenille mitts every couple years and replace them every 10 or so washes.

Microfiber is the king when it comes to drying, polishing, waxing and detailing. Most of the stuff in stores is just so-so; the really good stuff is available online. Lots of info on the web about microfiber so read up before buying.

Zaino is a great product line but it's best used as a system. The products are made to compliments each other. IMO, you're better off buying one of their kits to get started. Otherwise there are some pretty good products available in stores. I like Meguiars NXT wax and Mothers FX Synwax on black. Both can be found at auto parts stores.

Good luck with the new car. Let us know if you have any more questions.
