Is to add the coffee first. Why?
1) Will heat up mug more before being cooled by milk.
2) Sugar will disolve completely versus having a "really sweet" last sip.
Now THE best way to make the coffee IMHO, Turkish style. Add sugar to boiling water in the pot, then mix in the coffee. Side of steamed milk if needed. :-)
Think it's time for one now!
