Congratulations, you'll have plenty of happy Saabing awaiting you
with this 900 SE. Knowing what you know, stay with dyno oil and change it around 5k intervals. 2.0l turbocharged engines aren't known to develop sludge and so yours is most likely in the safe. If you're curious, you need to pull the valve cover off and have a look. If the seal is tight and no oil is leaking past it I would leave it alone :-)
Premium gas is what mine loves the most. As soon as the snow goes away she get her '91 octane diet and she rewards me with many more grins on the highway, in town, etc, ... The performance is day & night !!!
Again, good luck and welcome to the NG900 familia.
