Scott, I don't get it. There isn't enough crime in the town to keep the police busy so they hang out just outside the town and stop people for moving violations. And people have a problem with this? We should all be so lucky as to live in areas where the police have no "real" crimes to fight. If you're suggesting there is a social class/racial thing going on there, that's wrong and indefensible. Obviously. But if all they're doing is enforcing traffic laws even-handedly, isn't that part of their job? The traffic laws are there to protect people from driving in an unsafe manner and putting themselves and others in danger. What's the problem with enforcing those laws?
Don't get me wrong, I do my fair share of speeding. Heck, why else buy a Turbo? But not all law enforcement is involved in a Conspiracy.
