... even though canadian summers get just as warm. I've had a jar of the natural peanut butter out for months and there's no problem. A friend of mine stores the peanut butter upside down so the peanuts settle to the top of the jar. Makes a bit of a mess of the jar, though, as most PB jars are not O-ring sealed.
