I totally want them to take their time so that they can do a good job on the repair. But, the problem seems like nothing's really been done except the tear down, but that was done four weeks ago. I think I was naive to not be on top of things and check with them each week. I waited 3 weeks before calling them since they gave me a 20 work day time frame originally. So, I thought I would check with them a week before they were scheduled to finish. It took them a week and a half, plus my agent calling them before they would call me to let me know what was up. Actually they never called me back, I had to go down the the shop in person. thankfully the shop's just a few blocks away from work.
