Like most letters written to companies you are vague on details. You didn't included a VIN, so a history can be pulled. But more importantly, you didn't indicate what you wanted her to do, other than respond. So if you get a letter thanking you for writing and nothing more, don't be surprised, because they did what you asked - they responded.
If you are going to write a letter to a corp. exec. a.) be specific on what has happened to cause your dissatifaction & b.) advise the person how you would like to see the situation resolved.
No matter what corporate officer you write to whatever company, that person will hand over your letter to someone to handle. Vague comments about how you will never buy the product again won't generate much interest on the part of the person assigned to respond.
