since childhood and have developed a taste for raw fish, sashimi in particular. But I think $75 is way too fancy for me. I prefer solid chunks of raw fish swimming in wasabi and soy sauce mixture of the consistency of tooth paste. The way I eat my sashimi usually open some eyes of those who cannot take too much wasabi. But I like every piece in my mouth to make tears in my eyes. Also, it is to be enjoyed, in addition to saka (which is not critical to me), with a bowl of steaming semi-tranlucent white rice. That and a chunk of raw fish in wasabi can really make you cry.
I can't never have $75 sashimi. Not in the US anyway. I can gorge on other food, not sashimi.
