I'm not saying I'm a huge oval fan, I agree re: ovals and general boredom, but I think they could add just one oval for variety, mix it up, make the drivers and cars adjust, even NASCAR added a road course that actually makes it fun to watch (the one nascar race I watch). A lot of the courses like monaco are not set up for passing at all, and watching one car run a whole race 18 seconds ahead of the next is not as exciting as if they were on top of each other. I forgot about IRL, that's all ovals and yes, it's pretty boring week after week.
They need some way to have more lead changes than just pits and crashes.
I see on the web that CART's still plugging away. They lost me with all their troubles the last few years, though I always liked the variety of courses they ran
