I think this one is just a few years old. I haven't actually been there, but my wife dropped off our car for the IDM recall and a key remote programming. I just wanted to give kudos to Dennis in the service department who was very nice to my wife. He did the programming for free after quoting $25 on the phone ( I know some do it free anyway ), and gave an IRIS history printout. He didn't try to sell her any undercoating or serial number etchings, etc. No hassles with the IDM recall.
I also have been to Tors when I lived in Santa Barbara and they didn't have a dealer there. Tors did take care of some things under warranty for me without any questions. In general, John is a good guy, but can be a little moody - like the rest of us I guess.
