Hello , got the family plan with T-mobile and was assured the phones would work in Bozeman , where our sons are working . We even tried a 2 week trial to be sure of coverage and all was fine. . Now neither phone works and all we get is a run around. We have gone through the tech phone support many times and only after weeks were we told it is a tower belonging to Alltel that is the problem. Basically we have been told " too bad , your stuck" or pay $600 termination for the 3 phones. We aren't trying to get out of the contract , we only want the service we were assured we would get. How do you deal with these people ?. We have spoken to at least 20 different people , but have a hard time getting to speak with anyone with authority. We are promised someone will call us back and they don't. What should we do now ?.
