One's often forgotten, that's 509 which connects to the Alaskan way viaduct (could be considered a third freeway) on the north end, and goes all the way down to Seatac right by the airport. It's often empty, relative to I5.
My suggestion, if you don't want to get too far out, is just to head east on I90, where the speed limit increases to 70 just east of Issaquah. And, it's still three lanes, sometimes four, all the way up to Snoqualmie pass. There's no place better for raw speed in the area west of the mountains, given the high limit, very wide completely separated road, and relatively low traffic.
