Its difficult to find open road in Seattle..unless its late night or you're really lucky. But its never expected. I would in turn have fun in my Viggen running my favorite corners throughout the city. Alaskan way viaduct North tunnel under Battery St. downtown runs into a tight entry corner (horrific merge lane on right) and a tight exit corner. That corner gives me goose bumps.
I had my favorite routes through the city which often included twisties...even for lower speeds. But otherwise, as others have said you have to get out in eastern wa. Lots more ground to cover out there.
