Adding Homelink to a non-Homelink Saab Posted by turrbo [Email] (#8) [Profile/Gallery] (more from turrbo) on Fri, 9 Feb 2007 22:04:32 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I was thinking about trying to add Homelink to my 9000. I found some old posts about using a unit from a Cadillac (available on ebay), but they were oldish posts. I wondered if anyone had any newer tricks.
I put some bids on a couple of rolling code compatible units, but I haven't thought about where I'd stick it.
Also, Saab used to sell one in their Accessories catalog...anyone know anything about that?
Thanks! I'm getting tired of trying to dig out my remote (which I hate clipping onto the visor) when I want in!
