Still waiting to hear back from the gold cars insurance. They said they would call by the end of business yesterday and still nothing. Waiting to call till I have sufficient time to deal with them later this afternoon. I was of the same thinking that the following too close rule was only applicable to a car in motion as well. We will see what the police report says.
Who is of the opinion that we should go ahead and notify our insurance as well. Didnt notify them thinking that the gold car was responsible but everyone made some good points. I initially didnt want to notify them to keep any adverse reaction from impacting us directly. Think its a good idea to do it anyways to cover the bases???
Thanks
Robert
