Finally heard from the gold cars insurance and they are taking full reponsibility due to the fact that he hit a stationary object. Which then in turn hit my GF car.
We are waiting to get it scheduled into the body shop but next week her car is going in for warranty work so it will probably be the week after.
I had a very minor bump in a parking lot and both of us agreed that nothing needed to be done due to the fact that there wasnt even a scratch on either car. Three years later the paint on the bumper is cracking fromwhere the bumper flexed and cracked the bond originally created at the factory so now I am strongly urging her to get her car bumper skin replaced or at least sanded down and repainted to keep the same thing from happening to her.
We are in NM by the way...
Thanks
Ronert
