Sony KDF37H1000 - 37in. LCD rear projection 720p on sale at $799 (originally $995) at Sears

Sharp Aqous LC-32D62U - 32in LCD 1080p $799 (originally $1299) at Sears. Really, really nice TV, but is only 32in.

Vizio VX37LHDTV10A - 37in. LCD 720p $799 at Sears. I don't know anything about it, just saw it there in my price range and capable to fit in my alloted space.

Philips 37PFL5322D/37 - 37in. LCD $899 at Best Buy. Seemed like a nice TV, plus Best Buy has a deal for a $199 Blue Ray player with a coupon for 5 free blue ray discs.

I am leaning towards the rear projection Sony, though the Sharp is nice. Is the smaller screen size worth it? I am not crazy about the Philips, but am wondering if it it worth while to find something at Best Buy in order to get the deal on the Blue Ray player?

My biggest worry with the rear projection is lamp life, but I am still drawn to it.

I don't watch sports or play video games. The TV will be used mostly for watching standard definition cable tv, and DVD movies. A good quality SDTV picture is important.

Also, it is worth mentioning that I could probably get my hands on a 37in. Olevia LCD for around $500. I know lots of people that have them and they seem to be a pretty nice tv, so should I spend the extra couple hundred bucks?

I just can't decide which way to go, or if I should keep looking. Please help.
