Before I bought my '07 9-3SS 2.0T, Cadillac did not really enter into consideration as it was more expensive, larger, and probably more difficult to get a manual transmission. I like my 9-3, so if GM got rid of Saab but started importing the Cadillac BLS, I'd consider buying one (but I'm not in the market).
Incidentally the BLS is sold in Mexico. I wonder if sold in the US how it would do vs the Saab version. Looking at picturs of the A/C controls and steering wheel it looks awful familiar.
I'd kind of like Saab to be sold to Fiat or Peugeot. They could rebrand their other cars as Saabs in the US to fill out the range as far as I cared.
