Ditto on the Britax. We actually have the Britax Boulevard installed rear facing until the baby is at least 30 pounds. I know the law is to keep kids rear facing until 20, and some parents automatically go forward facing after that. Although it may be convenient to do front facing, rear facing is MUCH safer. Don't worry about the kids feet getting too big and hitting the back seat either. There are plenty of video you can search for on Google showing how much safer rear facing is.
Also, Britax is one of the only car seat makers that has an additional strap installed for rear facing that I hook to the seat frame of our Saab. Other makers without this additional strap always seem loose no matter how tight you make them in rear facing position.
