Our new house has somewhat copper-y tasting water due to the slight acidity of the otherwise excellent water supply. Right now we're using a filter pitcher for drinking. I looked into under-sink filters but they seem to be limited to adding a second tap for drinking water. Is there any reason I can't use a whole-house size carbon (or dual carbon) filter under the sink and just filter everything coming out of the kitchen tap?
