Yeah, doesn't matter all that much, but all I was saying is that I don't remember specs that claimed to be actual rolling values of rev/mile being all that different.
From 10 or 15 years ago, what I remember is descriptions of the arithmetic to calculate the diameter based on wheel-dia + 2x (section-width * aspect-ratio) which is the rigid-tire calculation.
Bicycle tires went through a similar thing in the 70s & 80s. Tires were narrower than their labels, because of wieght. A 700x23c tire labeled as 700x25c would be lighter than a true 700x25c tire.
