Placing a battery on a concrete floor has no effect on discharging it. A hundred years ago some batteries were built using glass containers to hold the acid and plates. To protect the glass a wood box was supplied around the glass. Putting that type of battery on concrete that was damp could cause damage to the box particularly from rot.
There is no magic effect that concrete floor will cause extra discharge and in fact a cool area is a better place to store a battery.
A lead acid battery will self discharge at a rate of appx 4 to 8 percent per month. So in a year or 2 a fully charged battery will be flat. Another issue is that moisture and battery acid on the exterior of the case, particularly the top can be conductive and can aid in discharging the battery as it sits. But that will happen anywhere, including in the car.
So don't worry about concrete, but do keep the case clean.
