I ordered my parts from eeuroparts Tuesday, received them Thursday, and I'm on the wrong side of our border. Granted, I had no choice but to accept Fed Ex shipping.

I made the mistake of ordering parts from FCP GROTON at the end of last May and they took over two months and many broken promises to deliver. The first shipment apparently broke up. It was a big order and I had to buy some of the parts locally while I was waiting for them. I advised them and then returned the duplicate parts by UPS the day after I received them, when a month later they had not issued a refund I called and they denied receiving the parts. Unfortunately for them I had proof of delivery. They then tried to pass off a 'store credit' for a small fraction of the value of the parts; it was a long, painful process extracting a refund of about 80% of the original price I had paid, the ordeal stretching out into late September. I thought 'these guys really don't want to be in business!' and when shortly thereafter somebody tried to use my Visa card, my experience with FCP Groton had been so insanely bad I almost reported them to the FBI. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had with what is ostensibly an established retailer.

Has anybody else had a bad experience with FCP-G?
